Standard

Price the trajectory. One isolated flag is information, not a verdict. Marvin recommends standard terms unless ≥ 2 cautions cluster on the same axis.

Surcharge on pattern

Flag → surcharge whenever Marvin sees a documented pattern (≥ 2 events same axis, ≥ 12mo). Single events still price standard.

Refer at material

Any material finding (federal litigation, OSHA serious-tier, EPLI class) auto-routes to senior referral. Strictest setting; lowest false-bind rate.
