2. AI and Underwriting Disclaimers
The Marvin Underwriting Workbench utilizes machine learning and natural language processing models to retrieve, parse, cross-reference, and summarize risk signals from various public databases (such as FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, and state litigation registries). Please note the following regarding Marvin's operations:
- Decision Support Only: Relativity6 does not write, issue, bind, or underwrite insurance policies. Marvin is an advisory assistant and does not make binding underwriting determinations or replace human underwriters.
- Evidentiary Basis: Every finding highlighted by Marvin is paired with a direct citation pill linking to the original source. Relativity6 strongly encourages underwriters to verify critical findings directly in the cited source records before making final rate or bind decisions.
- No Automated Decisions: The Marvin Workbench is configured to assist human decisions. Relativity6 does not support automated sole-decision binding of policies without human supervision unless specifically configured via customized API routes under the client's sole discretion and responsibility.
3. Compliance and Security Certifications
Relativity6 maintains high data security and governance standards. Our compliance program includes:
- SOC 2 Type II: Our internal controls, hosting practices, and security procedures are audited annually. We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance in the categories of Security, Confidentiality, and Availability. Copies of our latest report are available to enterprise prospects under NDA.
- Data Sovereignty: Unless otherwise specified in enterprise SLAs, all customer data, queries, and transient cache records are hosted on secure AWS infrastructure within the United States.
4. Third-Party Trademarks and Data Sources
Relativity6 references, searches, and organizes records from public registries. All third-party trademarks (including company logos, data provider names, and registry titles) remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to these entities does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship of, or endorsement by them.
5. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Status
Relativity6 is a business-to-business software provider offering commercial classification, risk verification, and portfolio delta monitoring. Relativity6 is not a "consumer reporting agency" and the services do not constitute "consumer reports" under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The Services must not be used to establish an individual's eligibility for personal credit, insurance, employment, or housing.
