Welcome to Relativity6. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Relativity6 website, API, and the Marvin AI Underwriting Workbench (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Notice.

1. Use of the Services

Relativity6 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services solely for professional commercial insurance underwriting, classification, risk intelligence, and portfolio audit purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law;
  • Attempt to access or search the Services using any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, or data mining tools) other than authorized APIs or interfaces provided by Relativity6;
  • Decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the underlying AI models, algorithms, or application code powering the Marvin Workbench;
  • Input false, misleading, or intentionally fraudulent business information to manipulate classifications or audits.

2. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features of the Marvin Workbench, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Data and Inputs

You retain all intellectual property rights in the business submissions, account details, and notes you input into the Services ("User Data"). By submitting User Data, you grant Relativity6 a limited license to host, process, and analyze the data solely to generate underwriting findings, classification recommendations, and premium delta reports for your organization.

We do not sell your data, use your submissions to train public models, or share proprietary risk details with third parties without your explicit contract authorization.

4. AI Findings and Human Sign-Off

Marvin is an artificial intelligence assistant designed to accelerate underwriting workflows by retrieving, citing, and summarizing public and proprietary risk data (such as OSHA citations, FMCSA records, and active litigation). While Marvin strives for maximum precision, AI findings may contain inaccuracies or delta mismatch. All final underwriting, pricing, and binding decisions remain the sole responsibility of the human carrier agent or managing general agent (MGA).

5. Intellectual Property

All right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including our software, logos, trademarks, database structures, AI models, and user interfaces, remain the exclusive property of Relativity6, Inc. and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relativity6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or underwriting accuracy, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, New York.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
